2. Information collected through this website
When you submit the contact form, Opinara collects your name, email address, subject and message. The message is stored in the private administrator inbox in Cloudflare D1 so the team can review and respond. Do not include sensitive information unless it is necessary to handle your inquiry.
Registration and member sign-in are unavailable. Information entered into those fields is not submitted or stored. Administrator settings and uploaded logos are stored in Cloudflare D1. Cloudflare may process request and network information to provide and protect its infrastructure.
3. How information is used
Contact details are used to review and respond to your inquiry, maintain website security, and meet applicable legal obligations. The controller should confirm and document the lawful basis that applies to each purpose under relevant privacy law.
4. Contact messages
Messages are visible only to authorized administrators. The contact form does not send an automatic confirmation email. The team uses the email address you provide to reply where a response is needed. Contact messages remain in the inbox until an administrator deletes them when no longer needed.
5. Accounts and surveys
Member accounts, survey profiles, participation records and reward ledgers are not currently collected through this website. If those services become available, the information collected and its uses will be explained at the point of collection.
6. Research partners
No survey responses are collected or shared with research partners through this website. If a study becomes available, participants will receive information about who receives their answers, whether responses can identify them, the research purpose and retention period.
7. Payments
Opinara does not collect payment details or process withdrawals through this website. PayPal Payouts is not connected or approved. A payment provider’s own privacy notice will apply if payment services become available.

A keyed hash of the network address is used to limit repeated form submissions; records older than 24 hours are removed during successful contact submissions. Administrator settings remain until changed or removed. Reasonable technical and organizational security measures should be maintained and reviewed.
11. Privacy rights
Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to certain processing, request data portability, withdraw consent where applicable, and complain to a supervisory authority.
